After being on House Hunter International I found myself meeting others dreaming of the same kind of adventure. Naturally, I had some insider knowledge since I had already walked that path so I was happy to help. As the number of people who contacted me to ask questions grew I realized there is a need for someone to answer questions like: What is it like living there? How can I bring a pet? How did you do it? What was different about construction when building? Guests of B&B who were looking to make an investment in Costa Rica sought out advice to find the right real estate agent, lawyer or evaluate property. The process is a lot of fun. Talking through the ideal situation and helping meet that expectation is really enjoyable. I take pride in seeing others achieve their goals and understand what it is like to own a little piece of Costa Rica. It has been great fun to be able to watch people find just the right fit and allows me to share in their adventure.
